Founded in 2021 by Managing Director, Ashleigh Pinder, Xenia Recruitment launched its first office in Newcastle to fill the gap in the market for a staffing agency that solely focused on high calibre event and hospitality staff.
Xenia now operates from multiple locations across the UK; North East, North West, Yorkshire & the South East.
Ashleigh is a qualified recruiter and has a wealth of hospitality and recruitment experience, having worked, managed and recruited for some of the biggest venues in the country. Running executive box levels at Twickenham, managing a 700+ cover kitchen at Wimbledon and providing staff for the Brit Awards are just a few fond highlights.
We love and are very passionate about hospitality here at Xenia, which is why everything is centred around it, even our name; Xenia is the concept of hospitality within Greek Mythology.
