Here at Xenia, we are always on the lookout for top hospitality talent.

By signing up for temporary work with us, you will have the opportunity to work at some of the regions top venues and have the flexibility to work as much or as little as you want. Whether you are looking for full time hours or just the odd shift here and there to fit around work or your studies, there is something for everyone. 

What roles are available?

We have a wide variety of roles available across the country, from bar shifts at large festivals to kiosk shifts at sporting stadiums to plate waiting roles at racecourse marquees. The best part about agency work is that if you love a venue you can go back time and time again but if you don't enjoy it you're not commited to go back! 

Do I need experience?

No experience is necessary! Whilst it's always a bonus if you do, we pride ourselves on our excellent training plan and we like to make sure everyone takes part in this.

We offer regular sessions for both bar and floor training - these are a great opportunity for us to see what you can do and will leave you feeling confident in any role you choose!

How does the recruitment process work?

We know there's nothing worse than the long wait between applying for a job and starting work so we have tried to make the recruitment process as smooth and quick as possible! 

How much will I earn?

We pay everyone at least the National Minimum Wage, regardless of age as we are big believers that everyone doing the same job, should be paid the same.
